“A leading force for change both for theatre and teenagers”

The Stage 100

For the last fifteen years I have been at the forefront of cutting-edge co-creation practice; bringing young people, community groups and artists together to create transformational plays, projects and artistic interventions.

I co-create critically acclaimed plays and other projects with young people, including the five-star (The Times, Time Out) Brainstorm at the National Theatre, which has now been performed by more than 500 companies and groups around the world.

I train theatre-makers, campaigners, educators and policy-makers in co-creation through courses, seminars, conferences and university lecturing.

I support organisations to think about vision, mission, change-making and strategy - particularly around community and young people.

Please get in touch if you’d like to work with me or find out more.
